When you enable the module, the method hook_help is not implemented.

Implement the hook_help and describe the functionality of the module and it's usage.

Hi @luzgallego many thanks for your patch,

I suggest you keep just "Project page" instead of "PDF Metadata project pages" since we don't have these resources yet.
