I'm assuming it is related to memory, but every so often t.d.o dumps the following error message a ton of times until it freezes.
MySQL server has gone away
Since we have a second slave running with 4GB of RAM I'll turn off t.d.o as a slave until someone takes a look.

boombatower commentedPlease remove the _checkout db or w/e and kill ramdisk. As it no longer tests patches, just drives.
boombatower commentedLets clean up the server before deployment of PIFR 2.x.
* Mysql needs to be reset, get rid of in memory database.
* Remove Drupal 5 wrapper install.
* Move Drupal 6 install out of /new and update apache directory config.
