I'd like to be able to enable multiple sending methods. For example, selecting "Both" when the options are "Mail" and "SMS" would send a notification to both my email address and my mobile phone.

Not for 5.x, we are working on it for 6.x though.

This would result in adding some complexity to all tables so not for now.

The suggested solution is to either using Messaging Notify (Notifications Add-ons) or to create a new 'meta' sending method named 'both' that does it.
