Problem/Motivation

workflow_participants_auto module provides a way to add auto reviewer/editor to node, if these auto reviewer/editor get blocked, they are still added to node.

Steps to reproduce

Add active auto reviewer/editor to a node type
Block one of those users
Create node, blocked user shows up in workflow participant.

Proposed resolution

Remove blocked users in workflow_participants_auto_entity_insert
