Problem/Motivation

Last week i had to work with the second site which had a file with empty URI in its database. Unfortunately this "breaks" media migrations - but on the other hand, there is no need to migrate such files!

Proposed resolution

Exclude files with empty URI.

Remaining tasks

Patch + test coverage.
