The specific test that is failing is version specific. Is the best idea to simply delete it or is there a way to test the link based on drupal version?

I don't think it's very important to test that specific URL, maybe just check that the content shows up but don't care about the exact URL?

I'd recommend not mixing deprecation changes with other things to avoid conflicts between issues, but fine in this case. Merged!
