For this all tests in core that are using the themes Bartik and/or Seven need to switch to using Olivero and/or Claro.

- #3301713: Update migration Color tests to not use Bartik - nod_ confirmed in #7 of that issue, that olivero does not use color so MigrateColorTest.php, now @legacy, will continue to use bartik.
