"Your password and further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address" Message Sets when logged out.

Hi guys - thanks so much for this!

When I have these options checked:

Protect comment form
Protect site-wide contact form
Protect per-user contact forms

and not: Protect user password request form

When I am logged out and an anonymous user, I am seeing the afore mentioned message set.

"Your password and further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address"

Do you think this is a bug? Let me know if you need more info.
