Remove the service in order to implement Drupal\Core\Datetime\DateFormatter:formatInterval() [#3283063]

The helper service could be removed in order to use core dateTime implementation.

Use date.formatter service method ->formatInterval($timeout) when the message is displayed.

Pro: a few lines and files less.
