The module relies on Layout Paragraphs but the version installed as a dependency by default is missing classes as follows

use Drupal\layout_paragraphs\LayoutParagraphsLayoutRefreshTrait;
use Drupal\layout_paragraphs\LayoutParagraphsLayout;
use Drupal\layout_paragraphs\LayoutParagraphsLayoutTempstoreRepository;
Use the following command to install with composer:
composer require drupal/layout_paragraphs_toggle_publish:^1.0@beta
Observe the Layout Paragraphs version installed as a dependency is 1.0.0
Define a dependency on Layout Paragraphs 2.0.0@beta9
Show commandsStart within a Git clone of the project using the version control instructions.
