META: Gather documentation and resources for contribution event organization

Problem/Motivation

To help encourage more contribution events, we should find existing and create new documentation and resources for how to plan, organize, run, and market contribution events of various types.

Proposed resolution

Look for existing documentation and resources and figure out what gaps there are.

Draft list:

1. Organizing contribution events

Remaining tasks

1. Look for existing docs and resources
2. Create a documentation page that links off to these
3. Figure out the gaps
4. Create a list of docs and resources that could be created
5. Figure out who would be best to create those docs and resources
6. Create issues for these new docs and resources so they can get created
7. Once they are created, update the list
