With CSS vars added for colors, it's time to move on to spacing
Starts with layout sections and content blocks, move on to the generic team spacings and sizing (eg. the grid).
Since these are all interconnected, it makes sense to tackle these 3 in one ticket.

I'm adding changes to the origin/feature/css-vars-layout branch of the generator.
(for Dropsolid devs) Changes are being tested in the demo theme on the ''testfrontendrembrand", in the branch origin/feature/upgrade-css-vars-dart-sass
