Corruption of title that resembles HTML

Problem/Motivation

Title markup can be corrupted due to #3274778: HtmlTag render element corrupts plain text that resembles HTML.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a text field on a node.
2. Enable the title formatter and disable the option "Link to the Content".
3. Create a node with a field value that resembles HTML, for example The <div> tag.
4. View the node.
5. Actual output: The tag
6. Expected output: The <div> tag

Proposed resolution

Escape the text value.
