Sort field output by form display ordering [#3274683]

Problem/Motivation

As far as I can tell the generated documentation shows the fields in no specific ordering, I believe it would be more useful if the ordering was based on the form display field ordering (any hidden fields should be displayed at the bottom)

Steps to reproduce

access /admin/config/documentation-generator/overview see ordering of fields does not match form display

Proposed resolution

Order fields by form display ordering with hidden fields listed after displayed fields.

I have added a Lil more logic to ensure that fields shown in the documentation are arranged based on their weight in manage form display settings.

@realityloop Can you review the provided patch? Does it work as per your expectations? I have introduced a simple logic of using field weights to rearrange the field values.
