Venue - King Center Contract

• Confirmation to King Center on contract requested and confirmed
• Philip to work with DCO to pay half-down down payment by 7/22/2022
• Philip will bring up contract with DCO this Thursday
• Philip to get in touch with Campus Catering regarding drinks and food

Keynote

• Matthew to continue reaching out to Keynote contacts

Sponsorships

• Joe has enrolled all previous years contacts in a drip campaign
• Aten Design Group is committed to a Core sponsorship
• Philip to contact Elevated Third for core
• Campaign just started today with already a big click rate / engaged audience
• Aten committed to happy hour

Website

• Philip continues to build website and event page, also regarding DCO website initiative
• Ty already doing a great job with postings – will start scheduling more posts and get the required posts scheduled, once applicable

Training

• Janice reached out to list of trainers
• Salim is a maybe but may have someone to fill a training slot
• Randy Fey says yes - Topic TBD
• Mark Casias says yes - React Paragraphs Training
• Jen Lampton says yes, but dependent on COVID restrictions
• Have not heard back from anyone else
• Need emails for Ray, David
