Problem/Motivation

When installing a module through the UI, it is very handy that the module provides a configure link to directly go to the settings page.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module through the UI
Look for a "Configure" link on the modules page
There is no "Configure" link

Proposed resolution

Provide a "Configure" link in the modules overview page
