Venue - King Center Contract

Philip sent signed contract to King Center – will follow up to be sure with finalizations
Philip to get in touch with campus catering for coffee and drinks
Philip to ask about down payment for lease
Next Drupal Colorado meeting the signed contract needs to be brought up
Salim to check into event insurance

Keynote

• Top three (with a tie for third)
• Reginé Gilbert - Philip to reach out to Christine Coughlan for contact information and outreach
• Sandra Chung - Matthew to reach out
• Dries - Matthew to reach out
• Suzanne Dergacheva - On hold for outreach until first two are approved
• Carla Briceno - On hold for outreach until first two are approved

Sponsorships

• Sponsorship outreach to start as soon as possible
• Joe to reach out to Pantheon
• Joe has drafted a drip campaign for potential sponsors
• Updated the Prospectus with physical venue information, as well as reasons to sponsor
• DrupalCamp now run by a non-profit, so sponsorships are tax deductible

Website

• Philip to continue development of Drupal Colorado website and to get a maintenance page up for promotions
• Philip to redirect DrupalCamp subdomains for future years to Drupal Colorado org page
• Philip to continue to discuss hosting and maintenance with Salim and Ty

Training

• Updated list of potential trainers and adding contact information
• Philip to add Jen Lampton to potential training list
• Janice to being contacts next week

Summits

• Joel with Aten will be running the Higher Ed Summit
• Potential for Gov/NonProf - Leslie at Boulder (Joe/Aten)
• Potential for Gov/NonProf - Amanda Marshell (Colorado Interactive)
• Potential for Gov/NonProf - Greggles
• Potential for Libraries - Angela with Denver Public Library (Joe/Aten)
• Potential for Libraries - Kirsten with Anschutz Library (Joe/Aten)
