Cloud name belongs to eu geo, please access via api-eu.cloudinary.com

Problem/Motivation

I have an account which requires to use api-eu.cloudinary.com instead of api.cloudinary.com

Proposed resolution

Allow to set base endpoint UI in configuration form.
