New created views/asset_injector configs are not listed inside a workspace [#3270111]

Problem/Motivation

When wse_config is active, new config entities of types views or asset_injector created in a workspace are not listed on the corresponding collection routes.

Steps to reproduce

On a vanilla Drupal (tested on 9.4.x)

Enable the following modules: wse_config
Create a new view and save it
Head to /admin/structure/views and search for the created view

Result: New created view is not listed.
