Problem/Motivation

The custom labels for the On / Off states are not translatable at the moment.

Steps to reproduce

Switch to a different language, other than English - the labels are not translated.

Proposed resolution

Parse the label through the core translate function.

Thanks for the patch, but this will only translate the default values, when the form is shown for the first time.
If you type in other values, they will not be translated.

Here is the correct patch.
