Automated list of CoC contacts at events

Goal is to remove the list of completers from this page: https://www.drupal.org/community/cwg/code-of-conduct-contact-training once an automated list is available in the Drupal events area: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupalorg/issues/3199576 

April will ping Event section maintainers and ask them for their input.

April will add a note about having some type of trained CoC contact indicator on event listings.
