Problem/Motivation

Currently around line 248 of SimplenewsStatsMail, there's a query set adding a parameter to the URL. This implementation strips any existing parameters such as UTM values that may be present in the URL.

It should be possible to append the parameter from this module to the existing ones, rather than just wiping them off.
