Problem/Motivation

  • Currently, the form on the SPA side is only provided for AWS Cloud and K8s.
  • Therefore, we need to add forms for OpenStack in SPA.

Proposed resolution

Add OpenStack's entity list view in SPA.
(I will use a previously created script.)
