Problem/Motivation

This module is meant to be used for quick CSS overrides on the website's theme.
At this moment, admin routes are omitted, it's not possible to add live CSS there.
However, it could be useful to have this on admin themes as well.

Proposed resolution

Provide a completely separated live CSS tool for the backoffice.
It should be possible to enable and disable this functionality using a config form.
To determine which live CSS version we should use, we check the active theme.

Also important is to add a clear visual differentiation between the regular live CSS and the admin live CSS, to make it clear to users which one is being used.
