Update jQuery functions and CSS in jHTree library

Motivation

The jHTree library (#3261185: Create a library for jHTree integration) should has a possibility to take the additional arguments for each elements as CSS class or any different CSS style property (like color).

The jHTree CSS file need to be updated for dynamic theme switching based on element classes.
