From #2664280-102: Select lists in action & condition configuration forms the improvements to the ConfigureAndExecute test are not strictly related to that issue. It will make working on that issue easier if these are taken out and committed first.

The changes were added when I was developing the selction lists. I opened an issue branch. If you want plain patches I can do that instead.
