Initial/main features plan

Project is functional. But there are some useful/expected features that would be nice to have:

• Views integration to the "auctioneer_auction_hammer" table, and other useful filters, fields and so on. #3254981: Views improvements
• Drush commands (delete orphan bids, check auction states, and other useful actions). #3256269: Drush commands
• Sub-module or feature: Extend auction lifetime to the default auction type plugin after a bid has been placed just before reaching end date. #3256780: Prevent auction sniping
• Drupal commerce integration. #3260924: Integration with Drupal Commerce
• Custom event subscribers. #3284459: Provide basic event subscribers
• General code/UI/UX improvements.
• Provide module documentation.
• Discuss/check possibility to integrate with any notifications system/module.
• Tests coverage.
