Problem/Motivation

As mentioned in https://www.drupal.org/project/linkit_media_library/issues/3250509, the media/id URL isn't the most user-friendly way of showing what file is being used. It would be nice to have the web-accessible URL for a stream to an external or local file instead.

Proposed resolution

A combination of https://www.drupal.org/project/linkit_media_library/issues/3250509 and https://www.drupal.org/project/linkit_media_library/issues/3239884, with the href being changed into the web-accessible URL.

Is this not a duplicate of the 2 issues mentioned? Feels like something that would need configuration options too because this seems to make the assumption that all the media item holds is a file but it could be whatever.
