Show a message when jsTree could not be loaded

Problem/Motivation

When fe. working offline and jsTree cannot be fetched form CDN, we have great emptyness with javascript errors in the console.

Steps to reproduce

- Install module and use CDN (just do not install the jsTree library yourself)

Proposed resolution

Show a message and make sure no javascript errors are thrown.
