Add ban links to the "Recent hits" page?

Does a way exist to add the ban links you see on the Watchdog "Recent log messages" page to the "Recent hits" page, too? If not, can this be added? It would be nice to see those links or that functionality incorporated into the "Recent hits" page. It would also facilitate a more proactive ability to prevent attacks as that would be one of the first places to see any malicious IPs submitting attack requests.

Update: I found that by creating my own "Recent hits" view from Views and then adding a column consisting of the hostname and custom HTML, I could create a hyperlink to add the Autoban links I needed. (I found what the format of the links needed to be by copying the basic template of HTML I saw in the markup of the Autoban links on the "Recent log messages" page and it all worked like a charm!)
