Deprecate notices in tests.

Declaring ::setUp without a void return typehint in Drupal\Tests\entity\%ClassTest::%TestFunction is deprecated in drupal:9.0.0. Typehinting will be required before drupal:10.0.0.

void return type is only available with PHP 7.1, but Drupal 8 needs to support PHP 7.0.8, so again that change can't be made until D8 is no longer supported. That will be another month.
