Remove obsolete README.md.

Then update README.txt and convert to Markdown (yes, the Drupal.org git repo do Markdown).

thank you for uploading the patch.

Before you do so the next time, please take a look at the "Assigned" field. This task is already assigned to someone else. We don't need two people working on this, so your time is probably better spent working on something else.

However, I took a brief look at your patch, and you've deleted README.md, and then renamed the README.txt to README.md. That does not make it into a Markdown file. FYI: Such superficial work is not going to earn you an issue credit.
