Close icon is missing in edit comment section [#3240204]

Close icon is missing in edit comment section while uploading any media files.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add content or create any article
2. Add a comment on article
3. Save the comment
4. Then edit the same comment
5. Upload any media files
6. The popup will come, here you can see the close icon is not present
