Drupal 9, install module and error should persist until you save settings on node_delete_redirect.admin_settings_form.

Basically when the module is installed there are no settings for ->getEditable('node_delete_redirect.admin_settings_form')

Strangely! Wasn't getting any notices on my end on a fresh install, anyhow always good to check for nulls, applied and released since not much going on this project.
