Module Rename [#3236291]

As andrewmacpherson suggested in the MR. It would be great if we could rename the module coz its library may be confused with the Drupal.announce. Current suggestion is to rename from announce to announcement.

We should avoid using anything that is an existing library or an existing contributed module or we risk composer issues.

How about we go with:

project_announcements

I don't think it needs sign up to update the merge request with this, but we may get additional feedback after making the change.

If folks want to bikeshed here are two more alternatives that don't have collissions:

announce_feed
announcements_feed

Since they are announcements about updates, update_announcement would fit the project purpose.

The feed could have all sorts of crucial project news - not necessarily just 'updates' - and also, 'updates' could be easily confused with the 'update_manager' and updates for modules.

I'm leaning towards:
