The path_alias.manager service is currently being injected into demo_umami/modules/demo_umami_content/src/InstallHelper.php, but it is not being used anywhere.

It had been used in one place more than two years ago, but that usage was removed by #3037111: Import multilingual content into Umami. This service is no longer used or needed,

RTBC; there are no BC concerns here, the InstallHelper class is flagged as @internal.

I don't think this is a bug though, just a minor task.
