In modules "nodemap" and "GCG" the address geocodes instantly. As you type the address it appears magically in the map. So lets you start typing "Bever" , it would immediately find Beverly Hills.

Is there a way to switch on instant geocoding in location v3.0? Am I missing something?

this also seems to be related to other issues about validation.

This sounds really cool. If someone wants to create a patch to implement this, or investigate this further, please do. I think there are other pressing issues with this module. I'll mark it postponed for now, because this might be an idea worth investigating in the future.
