After #3203186: Refactor handlers to be more extensible it no longer makes sense to have permissions named "update gnode:page content". We're trying to get rid of the confusing GroupContent naming pattern in favor of GroupRelation plugins and GroupRelationship entities. So let's change all of the permissions to "update gnode:page relation".
