Problem/Motivation

When setting Typesense API key values via environment vars in settings*.php, it's not possible to save the Search API Typesense settings form.

Steps to reproduce

Define API keys for Typesense servers via a settings file.

Proposed resolution

Drop the required requirement, and generate a warning if no API keys have been defined anywhere.

@vesnag Thanks for the merge request!

The code looks correct, but the merge request is against the fork, I think. In any case, it can't be merged into the main codebase. Can I ask you to re-roll it? If you do, I'll get it merged.
