josh.fabeanYes, that's exactly what this module aims to do. By default the UI will look like this when viewing a calendar with openings.
To enable repeats by hour and minute in Smart Dates (module this module uses to handle dates) you will need to manage the form display of the Bookable Calendar Openings, edit the date widget and turn those one. Once that's done, you will get a crazy looking repeat rule in the creating page.

josh.fabeanGreat, looks like you got that figured out. For future possible people, all dates displayed on the page should be handled by the Display settings on the entity display, in the example shown in the screenshot I believe that's the date on the Calendar Opening Instance under Manage Display.
From there if you wanted further changes to display the module does define custom templates which can be copied to your theme and changed, you also with some work get Views to output display giving you even more customization on how things are laid out and displayed.
