Problem/Motivation

The text format filter style fixes introduced on #3108545: Allow existing text editors to work on the page was accidentally removed in the a9c3cf83bb38 commit while trying to merge some changes from the 8.x-1.x branch.

Steps to reproduce

Add a text format field into the More Settings section.

Proposed resolution

Reimplement the style changes.

Remaining tasks

Provide an issue fork.

User interface changes

Display the Text format in the More Settings section.

API changes

None.
