Problem/Motivation

You can drag and drop blocks but not sections, in Layout Builder.

Proposed resolution

The issue is in Layout Builder itself, and there are patches available to add this:
https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3080606

We just need to know if it is stable enough to add in production sites. Or wait until the patch makes it in Core.

Remaining tasks

Check if patch is stable enough to add & add it, or leave it until it makes its way into Core (which seems a long way off)
