When you don't have yet your SAML server ready, or if you want to test this module against a standard SAML IdP, it would be great to have some documentation about configuring this module.

https://samltest.id/ is a SAML 2.0 IdP and SP testing service and could fill this gap.

This issue is about adding a section in the README.md to help configuring it.

As part of this, I split the existing "debugging" section (which I had been not fully happy about) into two. And also used the project maintainer side of the "merge request" workflow for the first time :)
