Plugin has hidpi on but doesn't have icon

Problem/Motivation

This plugin has the property hidpi set to true, that as per the Ckeditor Docs say it announces the plugin as HiDPI-ready (optimized for high pixel density screens, e.g. Retina) by providing high-resolution icons and images. HiDPI icons must be twice as big (defaults are 16px x 16px) and stored under plugin_name/icons/hidpi/ directory.

The module doesn't have this icon which is causing the tooltip icon to not show up on ckeditor when you're in a high resolution screen (screenshot attached).

Steps to reproduce

Enable the module as usual and try to add a tooltip while using a high resolution screen.

Proposed resolution

Set the hidpi property to false while there's no compatible hidpi icon.

Remaining tasks

Apply the patch to make it work but ideally we should create a hidpi icon.
