Problem/Motivation

In registration mode `visitors_admin_approval` users receive an error message after requesting a new email verification link.

Steps to reproduce

  • Set registration mode to `visitors_admin_approval`
  • Register new user
  • Before admin approval request new email verification link for new user
  • Error message appears

Proposed resolution

Users should be able to request a new email verfication link before admin approval
