Multiple conditions does not work in controllers

Problem/Motivation

When you add multiple conditions the reaction is not shown in the controllers (without require all conditions option checked).

Steps to reproduce

• Enable Context module.
• Add two conditions, for example, language X and node type X.
• Access some reaction.
• It works on nodes, but no in a custom controller page.
• Finally, remove all conditions except the language condition and reload the controller page.

Edit: From testing I think the problem occurs when you use a condition of type node, so the problem probably comes from that plugin
