When I create a new node and later unpublish it, the "View"-permission for auth users is removed.
This makes it impossible for the user to work with the node. Is there some setting I am missing to make unpublished nodes accessible for auth users?

alisonThank you for the submission/report!
In a couple other issues, it's been suggested that nodeaccess module should leave permission to view unpublished content up to Drupal core / stay out of that particular game. That's how it was done in the Drupal 7 version of the module:
#1444040: Access to unpublished node
Am I correct in saying that the proposed changes in this issue (#3205870) is mutually exclusive with the proposed changes in this other issue? -- or do you not see it that way?
#3169490: Unpublished content can be viewed by anonymous
(And #3150342: Unpublished content accessed by anonymous)

jungleI would move this to the latest dev branch 2.0.x which has schema added, tests added, an upgrade path provided and almost fully refactored etc.
