Problem/Motivation

Looks like a 9.1.x branch has been created. To follow the new semantic system adopted by Drupal Core, https://www.drupal.org/node/1015226#release-branches, it would be nice to adopt 2.0.x branch.

Proposed resolution

delete the 9.1.X branch and create / release 2.0.x branch.
