Allow adding videos from the media library in the modal select window

Problem/Motivation

I installed the module, then created a new media type named "Kaltura videos", then configured a media field in a content type to allow Kaltura videos (it was already configured to accept "Remote videos").

When I add or edit a node of the mentioned content type and click on "Add media" in the media field, it opens the modal select window but I cannot add new kaltura videos from here, I have to go to the media library page, add it and then go back to the node and select it.

Proposed resolution

Can we have the option to add it in the modal select window as it is for the remote videos and other media types?
