Outdated link and info for Authenticator

Problem/Motivation

The link to "Authenticator (Windows Phone)" on the TFA Setup screen is outdated. Moreover, Windows Phone is discontinued. But the Authenticator app is available on Android and iPhone. I tested it successfully with TFA on Android.

Steps to reproduce

1. In the user account, click on Security - Set up application
2. Enter your current password and press Confirm
3. Click on the link on "Authenticator (Windows Phone)" - you get a "page not found" error

Proposed resolution

Update the link and its description, patch provided.

User interface changes

Link text changed to "Microsoft Authenticator (Android/iPhone)" and opens appropriate page
